Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

At Vastramaniaa, we value your shopping experience and strive to provide you with top-quality products and service. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY – ORDERS WITHIN INDIA
- Return & Exchange Window: Within 2 days of delivery.
- Handling Charges: A flat deduction of ₹120/- will apply to all return and exchange requests.
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method after we receive the returned product in its original condition.
- Exchanges: Pay ₹120/- handling fee and any price difference between the original and new product. Exchange will be processed after the returned item is received and additional payment (if any) is made.
Please refer to our Size Chart before placing an order to ensure the right fit.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE INDIA)

- No Returns & No Exchanges: All orders shipped outside India are final sale.
- No Cancellations: Once an international order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
- Prepaid Only: Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders.
- Customs & Duties: Any import duties, customs charges or local taxes are payable by the customer. If these charges are not paid and the parcel is refused or returned, no refund, return or exchange will be offered.
- Please check our Size Chart carefully and contact us before ordering if you need help with sizing.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY – ORDERS WITHIN INDIA
- Orders (prepaid & COD) can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
- Prepaid orders: full refund or a credit note of the same amount. A 2-3% deduction applies on refunds due to payment gateway charges.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS BY VASTRAMANIAA
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unavailability of fabric or raw materials, incorrect product listing or pricing errors, or suspicious or fraudulent activity. In such cases a full refund will be issued to your registered bank account and you will be notified by email. Credit notes are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
